RETURNS POLICY

All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch, however if in the unlikely event you receive any item which is damaged please contact us at the following email address - support@petsuppliesfish.co.uk

All products purchased from PetSuppliesFish.co.uk come with a standard 12 month warranty against defect from manufacture. If your product develops a fault please contact us at support@petsuppliesfish.co.uk

All returned items under warranty must be inspected before a refund or replacement can be provided and our products are not warrantied for any missuse or use not in accordance with their instructions provided.

Returns are only accepted with an RMA number which can be obtained by emailing our support team at our email address - support@petsuppliesfish.co.uk

The true cost of shipping may be greater than charged at the checkout as some products are sent direct from the distributor and therefore part of the shipping cost may included in the purchase price. Products are sent direct from the manufacturer or distributor and must be returned to them for inspection before a refund or replacement can be processed. Their address for returned good will be notified to you with the RMA number. If your order value was over the minimum value to qualify for free delivery, i.e. £30, we will deduct our postage and packing charges from any refund.
